| Later,the harvest and transportation is done, when the time interval between harvest and production is kept to NO TIME (a matter of hours), thus keeping the amount of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to the maximum. Meanwhile, our "Complete Product Knowledge"involved quality people make regular checks in production sites, supervising the materials cleaning, calibrating, peeling,cutting, blanching, mixing and deep-freezing, under tightly controlled hygienic conditions. |
